We ship worldwide from Dubai. Depending on your country, you may have to pay duties and taxes when the goods reach you.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days. We do not offer refunds.

If you are located in Dubai: contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return, then visit our Deira store to exchange your piece.

If you are located outside Dubai: contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Then ship the products to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit (excluding shipping cost). We only refund shipping if there is a major error with the item.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, free of fragrance/stains, and include original labels.
