We ship worldwide. Depending on your destination, duties and taxes may be charged when the goods arrive in your country.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds.
Before Sending Any Return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return first. We will confirm the next step and the correct return instructions before anything is shipped.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of fragrance or stains, and returned with original labels. Return shipping is your responsibility unless there is a major error with the item.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue store credit. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was sent in error or there is a major issue confirmed by us.
