If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

2) If you are located outside Dubai :

Customers are fully responsible for postage/shipping cost when returning the item. When we have received the item, we will inspect it and if everthing is fine, we will send you our website store credit from which you can purchase whichever other item you want (this will not include shipping cost). We will only refund shipping cost if there is a major error with the item.
Any item returned to us must be unworn and have the original labels on, unaltered, and free of fragrance and/or stains.
Store credit will be processed within a week of receiving the returned item.
- We reserve the rights to withhold exchanges or store credit if the returned item is not in their original condition or if the items has been worn or damaged.
- We will also not be responsible for items that are lost in transit so its advisable to send it with a tracked service.
